CoCo (Gingrass) Boden
CoCo (Gingrass) Boden launched her real estate career working as a real estate assistant while pursuing her associate’s degree in real estate at Waukesha County Technical College. In addition, she obtained a degree in Business Management and Leadership from Wisconsin Lutheran College. She became a partner in the W&B Real Estate team in 2014, now called BEYOND Realty.
Coco recognizes the importance of identifying lifestyle preferences in making a housing choice. This is why she’s so enthusiastic about helping home buyers, especially first-time buyers, determine what features will best fit their lifestyle. She uses her extensive knowledge of communities in and around Milwaukee to help them find just the right property. This knowledge also helps her negotiate quick sales when she’s the listing agent for clients selling a home.
CoCo is the recipient of Realty Executives’ 2016 Diamond Award, 2017 Double Diamond Award, and 2018 100% Club. In 2018, she received Five Star Professional's Rising Star Award given to up-and-coming agents who have been in the industry for less than five years and show strong potential to excel.
CoCo and her husband Daniel recently re-envisioned their own lifestyle preferences. Today they enjoy all the advantages of living in Oconomowoc, including ice fishing, skating, boating, kayaking and swimming. While walking her dog, Coco has the opportunity to admire the many architecturally significant and historic homes in the area that were once owned by local captains of industry.
