Home Buyers there is real Good News but in this market your need to be prepared to decide quickly.

We want to take a moment to address the state of the real estate industry during these times of uncertainty. Many people have reached out to us concerned about the state of the real estate market.  For good reasons our Governor of Wisconsin, Tony Evers placed a “safer at home” order forcing all “non-essential” businesses to close their doors for now.

But Real Estate is considered an essential business therefore we so and will continue to conduct business. Beyond Realty is committed to providing real estate service with the highest standards so even before being asked to we added extra safety measures for our agents to practice exceeding those set by other companies and Real Estate Associations.

For those buyers who are still interested in buying:

Interest rates are incredibly low! This means really good things for you including more buying power! Some simple math to help you understand what this means for you –

Previously with fixed rates around 4.25%, a $250,000 house with 5% down would cost $1,161.16 in principal and interest payments a month, not including your taxes and insurance.

With current rates for well-qualified buyers at 3.625%, principal and interest rates are now $1,075.07 for a $250,000 house with 5% down.

Or if you kept the principal and interest at $1,161.16 but a 3.625% interest rate, you can now afford to purchase a home for about $269,000. That is almost $20,000 more in buying power!

Think about what you can do with $20,000 more dollars. Does that mean a bigger house than you originally planned? Does that mean something more updated? Does that mean a different neighborhood? This can make a huge difference and should be a reason you don’t consider waiting.
