There are many factors that go into estimating a home's market value. Because we’ve had considerable success pricing and selling homes, we know how to weigh the many factors that go into setting a selling price.

We welcome the opportunity to meet with sellers to discuss goals and provide a market analysis of what your home might sell for. By visiting your home and neighborhood, we can better determine your home's worth and give you an accurate idea of what your selling price should be.

Preparing for Sale

When we meet at your home, we can also discuss the best way to present your home to buyers. Sellers area often surprised that they don’t need major renovations. Sometimes a property may just need refreshing such as sprucing up and decluttering. These are all things that sellers can do on their own at little expense. Our goal is to always provide an honest assessment of your property and advise you appropriately so you can attract the best offer.

We have many resources available to share with home sellers – from organization and decluttering experts to painters, plumbers, electricians, and other professionals – should you need help readying your home for sale.

Closing the Sale

Now that your home is on the market, and you’ve received one or more offers, we’ll help you assess all offers and handle any counter offers and negotiations. Then, once you’ve accepted an offer, we’ll continue to manage additional negotiations that might arise from the home inspection or appraisal. We’ll also manage all the paperwork that the title firm will require for the sale, schedule the closing and guide you through the final steps to transfer your property to the buyer.
